We provide you with a qualified Service Technician to inspect your air conditioning and/or heating equipment.

The maintenance services include two services per year, once during the cooling and once during the heating seasons.

Services include:
• Clean indoor and outdoor coils as needed
• Check operating pressures
• Check starting capabilities
• Check safety controls
• Check and clean or replace filters
• Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
• Check and adjust blower components
• Check for correct air flow
• Clean condensate drain
• Check for proper temperature difference
• Check all electrical connections
• Check voltage and amperage on motors
• Check thermostat calibration
• Clean or replace nozzle, pump, strainer oil line filter
• Clean flue outlet as required
• Clean outdoor units as needed

In addition to the precision preventive maintenance cleanings and maintenance services listed above, we provide you with emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Through our emergency answering service and stand-by personnel, we are always on call to furnish and install replacement parts necessary to maintain your equipment in the optimum operating condition.
